MacCafé is an Apple Authorized Service Provider, providing warranty and out-of-warranty repairs on Macintosh computer systems. Our Apple Certified technicians and engineers have years of experience and we've been fixing Apple computers for 30 years.

Drop-off Service:
There's no need for an appointment, just drop your computer off at our service counter any time during our business hours. We'll diagnosis the problem and contact you with an estimate as quickly as possible. For warranty repairs, we'll repair your Mac and call when it's done - usually within a few days. Your data is important to us! If the repair requires a hard drive replacement or dispatch to Apple, we won't proceed until we're sure that you are backed-up.

What to expect when you carry-in your repair:
Bring just the computer and those accessories that may relate to the problem you are experiencing. We don't need your keyboard, mouse and power cord unless they might need repair. If you suspect that your MacBook's battery is bad, also bring the AC power adapter. Back-up your computer (if possible) before bringing it to us. We'll also need an administrative password for the machine in order to perform most repairs.

On-site Service:
