- What's an Apple Specialist?
- An Apple Specialist is an independent dealer that sells Apple computers exclusively (or almost exclusively) and meets higher requirements for, among other things, employee training and service excellence.
- Do you sell Apple iPhones?
- No. Apple only sells iPhones directly or through AT&T.
- Do you fix computers?
- Yes. We are an Authorized Apple Service Provider. We've been servicing Apple computers for over 28 years.
- Are you an Apple Store?
- No. Apple Stores are owned and operated by Apple, Inc., MacCafé is independently owned and operated.
- Can you fix my iPod or iPhone?
- Only Apple, Inc. can repair your iPhone or perform warranty service on your iPod. MacCafé can perform some out-of-warranty service on iPods. See the repairs section for details.
- Why don't your phones work?
- It is likely that you called the old (abacus II) phone number. The correct number to get us directly is 419-885-1240.
- What's up with your backwards parking lot?
- When the building owner striped the lot, ODOT required that it be done that way. They didn't want cars exiting too close to the traffic light south of our building.
